The Board of Trustees is responsible for overall governance, the legal good-standing, financial well-being and quality assurance of the school. Along with staff they develop the strategic vision and ethos of the school.

The School Management Team, which includes the Headteacher and the Business and Admissions Manager, is responsible for implementing the overall vision and accountable for decision making. The SMT is responsible for running the daily operation of the school, implementing a dynamic Waldorf educational offering, ensuring the quality of education, and oversees the budget, health and safety, and recruitment and admissions.

The Teacher’s College is responsible for pedagogical development, subject specialism and Waldorf educational principles, overseeing the classroom and the teaching of the children.
